Executive Assistant & Project Manager Trainee

Our growing company would like to bring on an Administration, Marketing and Project Managing trainee for the next six months, for immediate hire or by arrangement. The successful candidate would be expected to be interested in digital marketing, have basic knowledge in the area as well as having good marketing skills. We’re looking for a driven, ambitious individual who wants to gain valuable work experience!

What do we expect from you:

  • Provide administrative support to 2 senior managers
  • Preparing offers, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
  • Helping prepare for meetings and accurately recording of information from them
  • Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
  • Office supplies/organization management 
  • Team project support 
  • Various administrative duties such as reporting and archiving 
  • Management of a long-term project of the company

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, management or equivalent studies (ongoing or finished)
  • Fluent English and French, and B2 level in German
  • Track record in project management and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in IT Tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Autonomy and precision, confidentiality
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Organization and capacity to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Good relationship and strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, communication
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
